1 Corinthians 13:2
And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing.
Awesome missionary scripture, Annie! I think charity is THE KEY to missionary work--both in your relationships with companions/other missionaries and of course in your interactions with everyone else. Before I left for my mission, a friend told me that Moroni 7:48 is the secret to missionary work and I totally agree, since it teaches how to obtain charity.
